Yes for Standard cleans. Deep and Move‑in/out cleans are priced from your home size too; if a home is in unusually heavy condition we'll tell you before starting, never after.
Booking saves your card securely with Stripe; nothing is charged at booking. About 2 days before your clean a temporary hold is placed on the card (you may see it as "pending"). After the clean is done, the hold is captured for the final amount. Tips are optional and go 100% to your cleaner.
It applies to recurring plans (weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly). Your first visit is half the regular per-visit price, then every visit after is the discounted recurring rate. If you cancel the plan before your 2nd visit, the regular first-visit price applies and we charge the difference. Pausing or rescheduling is free by text.
